Biography

I got started in music production around 1999-2000.  I was in college earning my BS in Computer Science and took interest in computer based music production applications.  I toyed with chopping loops in a wav editor, grabbed an early copy of what is now FL Studio (Fruityloops at that time), and began making beats.  I eventually progressed into MIDI sequencing, and now am running pretty much a full blown DAW.

By no means a classically trained musician, I have developed most of my producing skills through self-teaching, trial / error, and just plain messing around.  After a few years I felt I had developed a sound that was something I could call my own. In 2005 I decided to tunnel my concentration on a concept album, and out of that came Asylum.  In 2006 I went back to the board and produced the sequel Asylum II.  More recently I've picked up learning the guitar and keyboard, and began production on Cobalt Moon.  Future plans include another Asylum album, as well as a more retro / old school album, and of course many more beats to add to the stable.
